The SP Carousel Control extension allows you to control any and all Sliders & Carousels made with Swiper.JS.
Many addons use this library for their carousels kind of elements, it will work with these. Some use Slick.JS instead, so that won’t be compatible.
The easiest way to know if a particular carousel or slider element will be compatible with the SP Carousel Control extension is to right-click and inspect that carousel / slider on the front end.
Right click on a slide, select Inspect. The Elements panel of the Devtools should appear. There you will see the HTML markup for the carousel / slider. If you see the word ‘swiper’ several times, it means it is using the swiperJS library, and is compatible.
If you see the word ‘slick’ instead, or you just don’t see ‘swiper’ anywhere, it probably isn’t compatible.
